At Sandwell Adult Social Care, we’re here to help adults live safe, independent and fulfilling lives.

We support adults aged 18 and over who may need extra help due to age, disability, illness, or changes in their circumstances. We also provide advice and support to carers and families. 

Our services include help at home, support with daily living, support discharging from hospital, services to keep you independent at home, safeguarding, assessments, and working with partners across health and community services.
We focus on what matters most to you — your independence, your wellbeing, and your goals.
